The Grays Harbor is a two-story craftsman style home. The main level features the master bedroom suite, a large great room area, the laundry room, mudroom, a study and a three car garage. The upper level includes four additional bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large loft area open to the great room below. The lower level could be built to include additional bedrooms, storage, a fruit room and a family room area.
